And the worktable’s slewing is frequency inverter stepless speed regulation to achieve the satisfactory welding speed. It is special equipment for flange and dish type workpiece. It can realize rotating at 360° and tilting at 0°-90°/120°, and it can be used with welding manipulator and welding power, making the work pieces at the best position.We also can design the customize various types of the positioner in accordance with the customers requirement.

1. With the air powered welding torch support, the welding torch can be adjusted up and down along the column, , the valve pneumatic will push forward the torch while welding and welding torch automatically filed after welding, it is easy to get out the workpiece, improve the efficiency and security.
2. A self-controller of the welding positioners can control the working condition and working time, which can achieve the linkage of the positioner and welder.
3.The track and air-powered tip can achieve the function of self-holding to the workpiece.
4.The welding positioner turning structure of worm and gear has the function of self-lock, and the worktable can be turned steplessly between 0-90degree.
