Welding positioner consists of working table rotation unit and tilting unit. By the working table elevating, the workpiece can be positioned and achieve the welding position by the worktable tilting and rotating. The working talbe rotating is controlled by variable frequency and stepless, which could get the satisfied welding speed.

1. Worktable rotation is controlled by step-less frequency conversion to achieve a best welding speed.
2. Remote control box can realize the remote operation of work bench, also can connect with operating machines to realize linkage operation.
3. Used to pressure vessel, metallurgy, electrical power, chemical industry, mechanical and metal structure.
4. Set aside interface to realize linkage work with manipulator and hanging automatic welding machine achieve automatic welding center.
5. Rotate unit is driven by motor. It has a precise speed-adjusting and reliable position.
