Head Tail Welding Positioner normally composed by worktable slewing mechanism and turnover mechanism, which let the work piece that fixed on the worktable in the desired welding or fitting angle by worktable’s lifting, turnover and slewing. And the worktable’s slewing is frequency inverter stepless speed regulation to achieve the satisfactory welding speed.  It is special equipment for flange and dish type workpiece. It can realize rotating at 360° and tilting at 0°-90°/120°, and it can be used with welding manipulator and welding power, making the work pieces at the best position.We also can design the customize various types of the positioner in accordance with the customers requirement.

With the air powered welding torch support, the welding torch can be adjusted up and down along the column, , the valve pneumatic will push forward the torch while welding and welding torch automatically filed after welding, it is easy to get out the workpiece, improve the efficiency and security.
