Welding And Positioning Equipment— Packing And Shipping

What steps need to go through between the completion of the equipment production and the customer receiving the equipment?

Today we will show you a series of operations after the Weld-Max welding and positioning equipment production is completed.

After each set of equipment is produced and installed according to customer requirements, our engineers will carry out the final commissioning of the equipment. The engineer connects the equipment to the power source and observes whether the equipment can operate normally and whether the various indexes are up to standard during the operation.

After commissioning, we will ensure that everything is normal before we proceed to the next step——packaging.

Before packaging, our employees will wipe clean the surface of the equipment and wrap the transparent film to prevent contamination or small scratches during transportation. Weld-Max will also “compress” the equipment to reasonably reduce the transportation space.

The bases of the welding rotators are stacked in groups. The welding manipulator is too tall to install the finished product, so the equipment column and boom will be disassembled after commissioning to save transportation costs.

According to the number of devices ordered by the customer, Weld-Max will need to choose whether wooden packaging.

When the order quantity is large, we will arrange the shipment of the entire container, and use the forklift to arrange the welding and positioning equipment in the container one by one and take protective and reinforcement measures.

When the quantity of equipment ordered is small, sea transportation needs to choose LCL, then our welding and positioning equipment needs to be packed in wooden boxes to ensure the safety of the welding and positioning equipment in the container.

When the wooden box is packed, small wooden strips will be reinforced at the base of the welding and positioning equipment to ensure that the equipment is stable in the wooden box and will not tip over.
