Conductive and air guiding device:

As a component of the secondary circuit of the welding power source, the welding positioner must be equipped with a conductive device. At present, the electric brush type conductive device is mainly used in welding positioner, which is composed of electric brush, brush box, brush cassock, etc., and has various structures. Welding positioners can also use their own conduction, but the following measures must be taken: Use grease with graphite components, under the action of axial force, between the transmission pairs, the inner and outer rings of the bearing must be in close contact. Although the self-conductivity eliminates the need for special conducting devices, it has strict requirements on the assembly space of each transmission pair of the positioner, and frequent inspections and adjustments are required during use.


Commutation loop:

Two-position four-way or three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve can be used, both of which can change the direction of the actuator. It is most convenient to use electromagnetic reversing valve, because the electromagnetic reversing valve moves fast and has impact force when changing direction. The reversing circuit can change the direction of oil supply to realize the reversal of the hydraulic motor.

Locking circuit:

The function of the locking circuit is to stop the actuator at any position by cutting off the oil inlet and outlet channels of the actuator, and prevent the child from moving due to external factors after stopping the movement.
