On 25th,Dec 2017, We got a hurry project from our customer in Texas,United States. The project include 120ton conventional welding rotator with polyurethane wheels and 120ton Fit-up welding rotator with polyurethane wheels.
This project is mainly use the welding turning rolls to connect the vessel together , then use the 120ton turning rolls to move the vessel out of the shop. Due to the Chinese new year is coming , and all the work will be slowly during these days. But customer told us that these turning rolls should be use at the beginning of March.
Our Managing Director Jason Wang specifically tell the production department to get the work as fast as we can. Finally at the end of Janurary, We finish the job, and catch the shipment. The two containers will be delivery to Houston,Texas directly. So no need to transfer in Long becah.
Our customer was very happy that we can finish the job in time, and give us high evaluation.

Due to the turning rolls is not easy to loading , so we use open top container.
Easy for loading and unload.
The workers are tieing up the machine , to make sure the turning rolls will not move during the shipment.
For the 120Ton Fit-up Welding rotator , we use the forklift to get them in.
We use the pipe to roll them in and tied them us.
