We got the 150ton self-aligning turning rolls and 2sets of 10ton self-aligning turning rolls order at the begining of February from our Thailand customer.
For the design of the 150ton turning rolls, we decided to use the double drive with Kaibo JB-3.5 gearbox, which can have 200ton capacity. The wheels material will be Polyurethane ,and the size will be 550x240mm. Our design for the machine is more than 150ton capacity , almost can reach to 200ton.
Not only the 150ton , the rest of the turning rolls, we all have safety factors design. Min 20%.
For the control box, we use famous brand Electrical components, such as Danfoss, Schneider electric and ABB. We also use TAIWAN brand wireless control panel called YUDING. Turning rolls capacity upto 100Ton, we all equip the wireless control panel for the operator.
